Get a first look at the new Powersets coming in Issue 11, the next free expansion for City of Heroes and City of Villains.
Curse.com delivers some quick cuts of the new offensive set, Dual Blades.
Badge-Hunter.com muscles up a few views of the new defensive set, Willpower.
