Web Support Upgrade/Maintenance Dec 13th

The Support section of the City of Heroes website and Help section of the PlayNC website will be undergoing an upgrade and maintenance on Wednesday, December 14th between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon) CST.
Customers may not be able to access the Knowledge Base, “Ask a Question” and “My Stuff” sections of the Support/Help Tool for the duration of the upgrade and maintenance window. For all Support inquiries during this time frame, please send e-mail directly to support@plaync.com; these inquiries will be queued for review once the upgrade and maintenance period has been completed.
